When you checkout you'll be able to choose a delivery day for your display to be installed or you will be able to choose a pickup date for our store location at 584 Bultman Drive; Sumter, SC 29150.
If you have order a balloon decor display; we install our balloon displays in the morning from 9am - 11am. We can't give you an exact time for when your display will be installed, it will be sometime during that 9am - 11am window.
Balloon displays are mainly meant to be up for 1 day. Please verify weather conditions; as winds, rain or thunderstorms, extreme hear or cold; these conditions don't work well with balloons. Your display may last several days, but we don't offer any guarantees as weather, animals, and many other factors can effect the longevity of balloons.
We use the highest quality balloons on the market to help ensure that your display lasts as long as possible.
You do not need to return your displays to us when you are done with them. They are yours to keep.
To remove your balloon yard display, simply pull up on the pole.
If you have specific colors you would like for us to use on your display, please make a note of that in the comments section of the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate any color requests according to what we have in stock or can order before your delivery date!
